Our choice to open a B&B was mainly motivated by the desire to meet people like us, able to appreciate the nature and culture of this area, people who respect the environment that hosts them
It is always exciting to open the files in the archive kept by my father over the years, in strict order, with all the care he was capable of. The documents concerning this house are kept since the purchase of the land, from the cadastral estimates to the construction project. It was his dream and he wanted to manage it personally in every phase, perhaps it is also for this reason that I’ve got a fondness for this place.
