The Blue Room has a small patch of garden with the possibility to have breakfast in complete privacy, as well as the opportunity to enjoy the pool, of course. The shared space has a large table overlooking the entire bay of Salò and its surroundings through a sliding glass window. A view that can be enjoyed even while lying in bed… it’s amazing!

HIGH SEASON
from 15/06 to 15/09 and from 8/12 to 8/01

  • 1 night: 160 €
  • 2 nights: 140 € per night
  • from 3 nights: 120 € per night

In case of booking the whole house, there are dedicated rates.

 

LOW SEASON
(minimum stay 2 nights) from 9/01 to 14/06 and from 16/9 to 7/12

  • 2 nights: 120 € per night
  • from 3 nights: 100 € per night.

In case of booking the whole house there are dedicated rates.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
  • Check-in must be done between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Check out must be done by 10.00.
  • Luggage can be left in storage without time limits.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 10.00.
  • The rooms are cleaned from 10.30 to 11.45.
  • The swimming pool is open from 7.00 to 21.00.
  • Respect other guests.
  • Always smile.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay must be credited to our bank account within five days of the booking date.

The reservation is definitively confirmed upon receipt of these amounts.
Payment for the stay is to be made at check-in in cash or by credit card.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

From the moment of acceptance of the reservation, in case of cancellation of the same by the customer, the following penalties will be applied: from 12 days before the stay, free cancellation, 100% refund of the deposit paid from 11 days before the stay, the deposit will not be refunded
